I had to take my 2021 Ford F-150 in for a a couple recalls, a non recall issue, and its first service. While I had to leave it for 3 business days to get everything done, I was traveling for work so it all lined up and wasn’t an issue for me. That said would always be preferable to just book an actual appointment and drop off but that is sort of the way it goes. Just purchased a new F150 King Ranch. Northside had the exact model/features/color I wanted in stock. Watson Macmanus, went overboard in pointing out features I didn’t know existed. He was excellent explaining features during our final walk through, as well as programming my phone with the Ford Pass App. On line credit app was completed prior to my visit which saved time. Whole process was less than 2 hours.
