5.0L V8 engine

  • 2WD – 17 city / 24 highway / 19 combined mpg
  • 4WD – 16 city / 22 highway / 18 combined mpg

The 3.5L twin-turbo V6 hybrid engine in the F-150 Hybrid pushes the Ford F-150 fuel economy up a notch for an even more economical Boerne commute. Here is the EPA-estimated gas mileage:
